(obiettivi)
Fornire allo studente le basi per la comprensione del principio di funzionamento dei più importanti dispositivi elettronici a semiconduttore. Fornire allo studente le basi per una corretta comprensione del principio di funzionamento e dell’utilzzo dei sensori più diffusi (temperatura, ottici, magnetici e meccanici) con particolare riguardo alle tecnologie dei sensori a semiconduttore e dei micro-electro mechanical systems.

To provide the students with the basis to understand the working principles of the most important semiconductors electronic devices (Schottky diodes, PN junction diodes, BJT, HBT, Mosfet, Mesfet, Hemt among the others). To provide the students with the basis for a correct understanding and use of the most diffuse sensors (temperature, optical, magneticand mechanics) with a particular focus on semiconducotr sensors and micro-electroc mechanical systems technology.
