| COMPARATIVE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

LEARNING OUTCOMES: Learn how to observe and compare Criminal Justice Systems; recognize common principles related to the Criminal Process shared by different Legal Systems, identifying the main discrepancies between them.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The student will be familiar with the principles and the fundamentals of the topics, orienting oneself in the panorama of different Criminal Procedural Systems.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The student will acquire the ability to use the conceptual tools to address the main issues arising from the analysis of the different Criminal Justice Systems.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS: The Course is aimed at forming the ability to understand and critically analyze the main principles of the covered topics.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Students shall comprehend and express most problematic issues regarding the covered topics, using a critical approach and technical language.
LEARNING SKILLS:The Course will allow students to continue the study of different Criminal Justice Systems in an autonomous manner, being able to decode current legal provisions and to adopt a solving approach to Criminal Justice issues.
